Last week marked the launch of Reledo Academy, our new development programme designed to strengthen both collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
It was fantastic to see so many engaged colleagues come together to get to know one another better and gain a deeper understanding of Reledo, our companies and the strength of our group.
We also took part in a leadership development session delivered by Alumni Global, which provided valuable insights, inspiring discussions and plenty of new perspectives.
The first session set a great foundation for Reledo Academy, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.
