Philip Kilander Appointed Head of M&A at Reledo

Philip Kilander has been appointed Head of M&A at Reledo and will assume the role during the third quarter of 2024.

Philip brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance, and joins Reledo from Carnegie.

“I’m honoured by the trust that has been placed in me and look forward to helping drive Reledo’s ambitious acquisition strategy by identifying and acquiring profitable small and medium-sized businesses with strong organic growth that are a great fit for the Reledo family,” says Philip Kilander.

With significant transaction experience and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, Philip brings the expertise needed to support Reledo’s continued expansion through an active acquisition strategy.

“We’re delighted to welcome Philip as our new Head of M&A. He will be a valuable addition to Reledo, bringing exactly the commercial mindset, drive and experience we are looking for,” says Jonas Warnander, Group CEO of Reledo.

Philip has worked in M&A and corporate finance for most of his career, holding a variety of roles both internationally and in Sweden over the past eight years.

“I’ve been impressed by what Reledo has achieved in such a short period of time. The group has brought together a portfolio of strong brands with high customer satisfaction that complement and strengthen one another. In a group like this, curiosity and a collaborative mindset are essential to building a learning organisation and creating successful teams,” says Philip, adding:
“It’s incredibly exciting to become part of Reledo’s continued growth journey. The company has already completed a number of excellent acquisitions, and my focus will be on accelerating that momentum by identifying leading businesses with strong leadership, high customer satisfaction, a sound ethical foundation and a genuine ambition to keep developing.”

Philip lives in Stockholm with his partner. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as playing golf.
