Through the acquisition of Puhdas Group, Reledo expands into Finland, marking its first step towards becoming a leading Nordic facility management group.

Puhdas Group was established in 2021 through the merger of three successful companies—Cleantime, Realclean and Timra. Following the acquisition, the company will continue to be led by Jukka Varis, CEO, together with Pasi Neva, Sales Director.
