Reledo continues its growth journey with the acquisition of Adestia AB, a full-service provider of digital meeting technology and document management solutions.
Adestia delivers end-to-end services including consultancy, procurement, installation, support and maintenance of audiovisual (AV) and digital meeting room solutions for both private and public sector organisations. The company is recognised for its focus on user-friendly technology, operational reliability and long-term sustainability.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Solna, Adestia has built a strong market position with more than 400 active customer relationships, particularly across the Stockholm region. Its customer base includes many long-standing partnerships with leading businesses and public sector organisations, with law firms, property companies and consulting firms forming its largest customer segments.
“Adestia is a well-managed company with strong customer relationships, a customer base that aligns closely with Reledo’s, and a clear commitment to quality. Its high level of service and commercially driven culture fit perfectly with Reledo’s strategy of building a facility management group founded on entrepreneurship and customer focus,” says Jonas Warnander, Group CEO of Reledo.
“We look forward to continuing the development of our offering together with some of the facility management industry's leading companies,” says Stefan Haslum, Business Development Director and majority owner of Adestia.
For our customers and suppliers, it is important that business continues as usual. The Adestia brand will remain, and the company’s offering will continue unchanged. At the same time, we will strengthen our local presence in cities including Gothenburg and Malmö while continuing to develop our ‘SIV – Service in a Class of Its Own’ concept.
With Adestia joining the group, Reledo further strengthens its position in digital workplace solutions and document management, enabling the company to offer even more comprehensive, flexible and high-quality solutions to customers across Sweden.
