The acquisition of ED’s strengthens Reledo’s offering within professional cleaning services for property owners and housing associations, while expanding its local presence in Stockholm.
ED’s is a company with high ambitions and an uncompromising commitment to quality. Its core business is stairwell cleaning, and since its founding in 1989, the company has established itself as a trusted and highly regarded provider, known for its expertise, reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
Today, ED’s employs more than 90 people and cleans over 5,500 stairwells every week.
To maintain consistently high quality throughout the year, ED’s has developed a unique cleaning system. At its heart is a team of skilled and dedicated employees, supported by well-defined processes, rigorous quality control procedures and purpose-built equipment. A key part of this system is the company’s fleet of electric vehicles, enabling efficient operations while ensuring that staff always have access to the necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
ED’s was founded in 1989 by Ed Rivas. Following the acquisition, founder Ed Rivas will continue to support the business as an advisor, while Maurizio Barberis will remain in his role as CEO.
