Reledo continues its Nordic growth journey and strengthens its presence in Denmark through the acquisition of Global Facility Service and Global Security Service – two well-established providers of facility and security services with a loyal and attractive customer base.
Together, the companies offer integrated facility and security services to private and public sector clients in Denmark. The companies complement each other well and are built on long-standing customer relationships and a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
The companies are headquartered in Roskilde and have around 50 employees in total, along with a broad customer portfolio.
