Reledo continues its Nordic growth journey by strengthening its position in Norway through the acquisition of Magnat Kaffehus, Kaffeknappen and Scandinavian Taste – three leading providers of coffee solutions for businesses, hotels, restaurants and cafés.
Together, the companies offer a comprehensive range of coffee machines, coffee, tea, complementary consumables, as well as service and maintenance to customers across Norway. Each business holds a strong position within its respective market segment, and together they form a highly complementary offering. Kaffeknappen is a well-established supplier of coffee solutions to the broader business market, Magnat Kaffehus is recognised for its uncompromising focus on quality, premium coffee experiences and innovative coffee solutions, while Scandinavian Taste has a strong presence within the hotel, restaurant and café (HoReCa) sector.
The companies are headquartered in Oslo and operate throughout Norway. Together, they employ approximately 90 people and serve a broad and diversified customer base.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet).
