Reledo strengthens its position in the Norwegian market through the acquisition of Effektivt Renhold AS. The acquisition expands Reledo’s service offering in Norway to include catering and food services, while further reinforcing its presence in the region.
Effektivt Renhold is a well-established, family-owned provider of professional cleaning and catering services, operating across western Norway. Over the past 20 years, the company has built strong, long-term relationships with commercial, public sector and private customers. The acquisition gives Reledo a strong foothold on Norway’s west coast and represents another important step in the group’s Nordic expansion.
The founding family will continue to lead the business, with Erik Bakke as CEO, Elin Lien Bakke as CFO and Irene Lien Bakke as COO, ensuring continuity for both customers and employees.
