Following the retirement of current CEO Mikael Norden, Thomas Nilsson has been appointed CEO of Exiso, a Reledo company, effective 12 September.
During his nine years as CEO, Mikael successfully developed Exiso into a well-established provider of professional cleaning services, achieving strong growth, high customer satisfaction and an engaged, thriving workforce.
Thomas brings extensive experience from the service sector and joins Exiso from Region Östergötland, where he spent the past six years building a high-performing in-house facility services organisation with more than 250 employees. Prior to that, he worked for ten years at Coor Service Management, where he was responsible for several large integrated facility management contracts, including services for the Swedish Transport Administration and Volvo in Sweden. Thomas also has extensive experience in food services and catering, having held operational and business improvement roles at both Coor and McDonald's.

Thomas lives in Norrköping with his wife and values spending time with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and meeting up with friends, creating new experiences and lasting memories.
